“ Update The chair still lives! Also Im an idiot and its spelled Vaughans! Im hesitant to rate this place because I like it so much, and I want it to stay local. Ive been coming here for years since a friend introduced us. Its changed slightly RIP barbers chair and old jukebox but I still love to visit everytime Im in NOLA. Nothing special about it other than its a neighborhood bar with strong drinks and lively clientele. I spent 12 hours drinking long islands and eating suspect crawfish, and the next 2 days sick as a dog and would do it over again. Ive literally come here unannounced from out of town and randomly met local friends, its that awesome. So if youre in the area, Vaughns is nearby as well, check it out. Just dont ruin the bar dude. ”
